Story Telling

Because of the prohibitions against publication that are contained in the Family Law Act, we can’t share anything that could identify a client.  This makes perfect sense in such personal and private matters as disputes within a family.

However, it is also a shame, because there is a lot of learning and sharing that can come from sharing our stories. In fact, we all rely on shared stories to help us make decisions in life.

So, without identifying anyone, and with some tweaks and omissions to make sure that happens, we share with you our blog.  We are hoping that there will be a post or 2 that can help you, by reading the story of someone else’s family law experience.
